It’s a public holiday in South Africa, but TB has no respect for days off, so I didn’t have a day off.
In fact, it seems that having any time at all is a bit of a luxury at the moment. Anyone else ever have this feeling?

Well, if it’s any consolation, I spent most of the day talking to myself in anticipation of a job interview tomorrow morning. So, uhm, yes…
(Oh, and I did also hear a bit on the radio with the head of some TB research unit, and thought it should have been you: I reckon a bit of fame for slogging it on a public holiday is *at least* a human right, neh?)
