Day 382 – Swings etc

A busy, tiring day after a sleepless night. Haven’t had the chance to get near a computer until now.
There won’t be much from me here this evening.

Good things: Some electrical work I did that did works really well. And I fixed the Weber.

Yay.

Bad things: An overly demanding painter, a no show from the gardener, and some electrical work I did that didn’t work very well at all and now I have to go and do some more rewiring in the loft.

Ugh.

Day 279 – Braai Grid

This was a Christmas gift from my wife: several kilos of 5mm steel to put in my Weber and cook things on. This will be especially useful in the near future, as our new place doesn’t have a built-in braai (yet). And no, it’s not something that the band offer as official merch on their site, so I’m guessing that it’s probably unique.

It’s led to me wondering if they ever released any appropriate songs for this sort of thing, and of course, yes they did:
